Hermès Sellier in Pantin (Île‑de‑France) seeks a Logistics Operator (Full-time) to join the Nouvelles Chances Produits warehouse team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload and perform first-line checks on daily inbound deliveries to the Pantin warehouse.
  • Unpack, inspect, label, secure and mark goods to ensure conformity for subsequent commercial sales operations.
  • Execute put-away, stock organisation and transfers between storage locations to optimise warehouse flow and space utilisation.
  • Pick, pack and prepare shipments to Hermès sites across Europe, including preparation and post-campaign stock reorganisation.
  • Participate in annual inventory cycles under internal control supervision and assist with re-labelling after price updates.
  • Handle disposition flows (donation, recycling, destruction) including scanning, packaging and secure shipment to designated recipients.
  • Operate warehouse IT systems to record movements and support traceability of merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Rigor, speed and responsiveness in task execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously at the workstation while maintaining concentration and organisation.
  • Strong awareness of health & safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
  • Careful handling of high-value products and commitment to preserving quality standards.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and terminal/radio frequency devices (TRF).
  • Spatial organisation skills and ability to optimise storage layout.
  • Discretion regarding sensitive operations and adherence to confidentiality.
  • Collaborative mindset, flexibility and readiness to support team objectives.
