4. Lead the global rollout of the fragrance education strategy, ensuring accessibility of training tools and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Develop strategic action plans with key business stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness.
6. Immerse in the retail environment to gather competitive intelligence and test the effectiveness of training tools.

1. 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on pedagogical design and cosmetics/retail knowledge.
2. Mandatory skincare expertise.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure projects and meet deadlines.

5. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
