Guerlain Business Analyst Intern

- Develop and consolidate weekly and monthly performance analysis reports for Guerlain France.
- Present key performance data of the French market to the International Business Analysis team.
- Draft performance analysis commentary for EMEA and International Management.
- Produce a monthly summary note outlining Guerlain's KPIs in France.
- Optimize weekly and monthly tracking summaries for enhanced analytical efficiency and reliability.
- Enhance existing PowerBI dashboards to improve impact, intuitiveness, and visual appeal.
- Occasionally develop new PowerBI dashboards to support the French Management's operational needs.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for the French Management.
- Compile Guerlain stock status with French distributors to support the International BI database.
- Coordinate logistics for new product placements in the Retail Marketing plan, including communication with boutiques regarding available quantities and release dates.
- Assist field teams in resolving occasional operational issues in France.
- Support the organization of promotional sales, including offers, pricing, and restocking.
- Assist with market forecasting topics in collaboration with the Business Demand Manager.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business school, engineering, or a similar university program.
- Proficiency in data analysis and handling numerical data.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong organizational, meticulous, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the cosmetics and luxury industry is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business school, engineering, or a similar university program.
