Glenmorangie Distillery Visitor Centre Manager

- Oversee the operational aspects of the Distillery Visitor Centre (DVC) to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Ardbeg, advocating passionately for the brand.
- Collaborate with the House team to optimize guest experiences across sites.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the DVC team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure team members understand their roles and operate professionally and efficiently.
- Work with Brand Communications and Head of Brand Home to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Manage budgets, providing regular performance reports and addressing budgetary variations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures at the DVC.
- Act as premises manager, maintaining the operational premises licence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with DVC booking and till systems.
- Strong situational management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to connect with people and work in a rural setting.
- Calmness under pressure.
- Good sense of humor reflecting the brand's tone.
