Fendi Collection Merchandising Intern

1. Support the collection development by liaising with product development and the designer studio, including product coding and coordination of sketches creation.
2. Assist in collection analysis, focusing on assortment, pricing, and performance.
3. Participate in Made to Order (MTO) event preparation, including creating product information documents for training and retail teams, managing and monitoring orders, and conducting post-event analysis.
4. Collaborate with Industrial and Sustainability teams to optimize materials and utilize leftovers for new product creation.

1. Business or Fashion degree
2. Fluency in Italian and English
3. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Proactive attitude and high energy
4. Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry

Beginner level experience, with prior experience in a similar role considered advantageous.

Business or Fashion degree required.
