1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
2. Drive client loyalty and increase spending with both new and existing clients.
3. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.
4. Lead managers in client development activities to expand client base.
5. Create CSR opportunities by identifying clients' passions and community involvement.
6. Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
7. Enhance client experience through unique, personalized interactions in-store and via omnichannel initiatives.
8. Maintain a continuous Client Experience management presence on the sales floor.
9. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create exceptional experiences.
10. Respond to client feedback to enhance customer service.
11. Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.
12. Recruit and develop talent to ensure a top-tier service and selling environment.
13. Implement action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development.
14. Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.

1. 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
2. 5-10 years of management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
5. Proficient presentation skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
7. Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
8. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
9. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Compensation ranges from $123,000 to $146,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package.
