1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for KENZO among customers and the store team.
2. Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
3. Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
4. Drive sales performance by motivating the team and managing stock levels effectively.
5. Conduct regular inventories and collaborate with management to set sales and KPI targets.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic commercial decisions.
7. Lead and manage the team, conducting appraisals and facilitating training and development.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, submitting regular reports to stakeholders.
9. Foster strong relationships with senior management and head office teams.

1. Degree-level education or higher
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
4. Comprehensive knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation
