5. Set and manage team and individual targets for the store, ensuring goals are achieved.

7. Lead and develop the business of the store, cultivating strategic knowledge of the business.
8. Champion a customer-centric mindset and develop client relationships.
9. Maximize the potential of all product categories, fostering synergies between them.
10. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market, representing the brand in relevant activities.
11. Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented.
12. Monitor store expenses and partner with Finance on monthly P&L reviews.
13. Supervise loss prevention and risk management, ensuring stock audits are conducted effectively.

1. Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically the RTW product division.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding sense of customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
4. Strong initiative and fashion sensitivity.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Master's Degree desirable.
