LVMH Senior Talent Manager

- Lead all talent-related initiatives, focusing on training and development from design to implementation and effectiveness assessment.
- Support maisons and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in recruitment and talent pipelining.
- Initiate and manage employee engagement activities, including pre-commencement, onboarding, and ongoing employee journey initiatives.
- Understand training needs through analyses by function and seniority, and coordinate with LVMH and Fashion Group HQ for training programs.
- Implement learning solutions that enhance accessibility and engagement, introducing new technologies and tools.
- Source and recommend suitable external training programs for the region.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and manage training budgets.
- Drive recruitment solutions such as internal mobilities, campus recruitment, and internship management.
- Implement acquisition processes including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage complex hiring campaigns in collaboration with LVMH and across FG maisons in the region.
- Support HRD with succession planning and co-curate successors in the pipeline with HRBPs.
- Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
- Manage employee communications and support CSR and DE&I initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and produce analysis and insights.
- Lead a team of 2 in Singapore and manage all training reports and analyses.
- Handle ad hoc projects as required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management, with a primary focus on learning and development and talent acquisition.
- Experience in retail or hospitality industries preferred.
- Strong project management and event management skills, including budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence and make an impact.
- Organizational skills and good time management.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to analyze data and demonstrate business acumen.
- Team player with collaborative spirit.
A minimum of 10 years in talent management, focusing on learning and development and talent acquisition, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.
