1. Welcome clients to the brand concession, ensuring a comfortable environment.
2. Build relationships with clients to assist in selecting suitable products while offering expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build and maintain a client book with personal follow-ups.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines to promote the brand image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and competitors, participating in training, and educating oneself on all brand product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from stock control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within a high-fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling Ready-to-Wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
