LVMH Management Accountant

1. Deliver accurate and timely month-end financial reporting.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts and perform account reconciliations.
3. Maintain the general ledger and prepare tax returns.
4. Assist with audit preparations and coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
5. Participate in projects aimed at improving accounting efficiency and accuracy.
6. Manage month-end entries including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets.
7. Oversee monthly closings and reporting, including IFRS16 leases.
8. Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts and variance analysis.
9. Liaise with consolidation teams in Paris for balance sheet preparation.
10. Conduct full reconciliation of all balance sheet balances.
11. Input data into the consolidation/reporting package using the Group tool.
12. Perform reporting analyses including cash flow, debt, and corporation tax.
13. Prepare VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
14. Reconcile and clear concessions accounts, cash, and credit card sales payments.
15. Provide operational support to stores and other Head Office departments.
16. Engage in ad hoc projects such as digitalization of petty cash and stock take participation.

1. Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent.
2. Experience in accounts preparation and VAT/corporation tax.
3. Experience in the retail industry.

1. Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in UK GAAP and IFRS.
3. Experience with JDE and SAP is desirable.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive approach to challenges.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
7. French language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent.
