LVMH Logistics Transformation Manager

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional logistics initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with teams in Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to deliver measurable project results.
- Promote visibility and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with IT to develop solutions for enhanced logistics reporting and data flows.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost-effectiveness through data analysis.
- Support the adoption of best practices and digital transformation efforts.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with corporate sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
- Enhance data collection and reporting capabilities for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics reports.
- Provide analytical support for key initiatives and performance optimization.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, preferably within the Retail sector.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, with PowerBI required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
Base compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
