LVMH Logistics Transformation Manager

1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional logistics initiatives to enhance operational performance.
2. Collaborate with teams in Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive continuous improvement projects.
3. Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to deliver measurable project results.
5. Promote visibility and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Work with IT to develop solutions for enhanced logistics reporting and data flows.
7. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost-effectiveness through data analysis.
8. Support the adoption of best practices and digital transformation efforts.
9. Ensure alignment of initiatives with corporate sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
10. Enhance data collection and reporting capabilities for strategic decision-making.
11. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics reports.
12. Provide analytical support for key initiatives and performance optimization.
13. Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership.

1. 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, preferably within the Retail sector.
2. Proven experience in Project Management and Process Improvement.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, with PowerBI required.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a plus.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.

Base compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
