LVMH Learning & Development Lead

1. Manage the implementation and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the Fashion Group UK Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global L&D strategies.
2. Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive L&D projects, from initial research to execution and evaluation.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful design and delivery of L&D programs.
4. Drive the development and execution of L&D-related employee communications to promote engagement and participation.
5. Establish and manage the local L&D calendar in collaboration with the HR Director, overseeing the tracking of spend against the Training Budget and contributing to annual Budget plans and revisions.
6. Facilitate training sessions and develop Train-the-Trainer programs for the HR team and internal managers to build internal capabilities.
7. Continuously improve overall training processes by tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancements.
8. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of L&D initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
9. Oversee the onboarding process, including the delivery of FG Induction, Living LVMH, and LVMH Discovery programs.
10. Ensure correct invoice management across the L&D function for the different Maisons.

1. Proven experience (5+ years) within Learning & Development, with a strong track record of project management and implementation.
2. Experience working in fashion/retail is an advantage.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. Fluent in English.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of project management and implementation.
