LVMH HR Operations Officer

1. Execute comprehensive payroll, pension, taxation, and benefit administration for Hong Kong and Macau.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including ad hoc reports for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
3. Support the daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
4. Maintain and update the global HR system database.
5. Provide operational support to HR Business Partners, including personnel file maintenance and employment verification.
6. Coordinate insurance renewals and other employee benefit programs.
7. Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

1. University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-brand or multi-entity environment.
3. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS; familiarity with Flex is advantageous.
5. Immediate availability preferred.
