LVMH Dual Site Manager

1. Communicate and implement company policies, operational standards, and procedures, while proposing improvements.
2. Monitor store controllable expenses and collaborate with Finance on monthly P&L reviews.
3. Ensure health and safety management of the store in collaboration with Store Support.
4. Oversee loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management.
5. Control stock loss within budget and conduct effective stock audits.
6. Train team members on company systems related to point of sale, cash handling, and stock loss control.
7. Develop sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and support with coaching and training.
8. Identify and recruit talent, working with HR to secure succession plans.
9. Motivate and empower the team to drive business and encourage innovative solutions.
10. Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
11. Network with Moynat and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.

1. Extensive boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Outstanding customer service skills, initiative, and commercial creativity.
6. Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and RTW product division.
7. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
