LVMH Cybersecurity Manager

- Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance levels, ensuring adherence to Group security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory standards such as CCPA/CPRA or PCI/DSS.
- Proactively review security scan alerts and develop action plans in collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.
- Lead security assessments and conduct risk assessments for new projects and third-party vendors.
- Define and propose strategic long-term plans to evolve security design and processes.
- Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats in collaboration with key security vendors.
- Partner with the Regional CISO and crisis management team for major security incidents.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity communications and training to the regional employee population.
- Maintain communication with retail and call center teams to disseminate warnings about known vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate teams on cybersecurity practices.
- Provide comprehensive reports to the CIO, CISOs, and Security Operations teams.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Proven experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are an advantage.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with security solutions including Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, IAM, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
- Solid understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
- Working knowledge of security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role, with a preference for experience within a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $140,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience. Includes bonus opportunity.
