LVMH Cybersecurity Manager

1. Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance levels, ensuring adherence to Group security standards.
2. Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
3. Ensure compliance with data regulatory standards such as CCPA/CPRA or PCI/DSS.
4. Proactively review security scan alerts and develop action plans in collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.
5. Lead security assessments and conduct risk assessments for new projects and third-party vendors.
6. Define and propose strategic long-term plans to evolve security design and processes.
7. Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats in collaboration with key security vendors.
8. Partner with the Regional CISO and crisis management team for major security incidents.
9. Develop and deliver cybersecurity communications and training to the regional employee population.
10. Maintain communication with retail and call center teams to disseminate warnings about known vulnerabilities.
11. Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate teams on cybersecurity practices.
12. Provide comprehensive reports to the CIO, CISOs, and Security Operations teams.

1. 5-10 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
2. Proven experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
4. Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are an advantage.

1. Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
2. In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
3. Strong understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
4. Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
5. Hands-on experience with security solutions including Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, IAM, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
6. Solid understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
7. Working knowledge of security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role, with a preference for experience within a retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $140,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience. Includes bonus opportunity.
