- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and procedures while proposing improvements.
- Monitor and manage store expenses, collaborating with Finance on monthly P&L reviews.
- Oversee health and safety management in partnership with Store Support.
- Supervise asset protection and risk management, controlling stock loss within budget.
- Train the team on company systems related to point of sale, cash handling, and stock loss control.
- Develop the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, providing coaching and identifying training needs.
- Recruit and develop talent, working with HR to ensure succession planning.

- Network with Moynat and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.
- Extensive boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience in managing VIP client events.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW product division.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in boutique management within the luxury sector.
Master's Degree desirable.
