LVMH Compensation & Benefits Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) matters, liaising with Brand HR, Finance, and global teams.
- Oversee payroll and benefits operations for 8 brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with standardized operating procedures.
- Manage external vendors to ensure service quality, data security, and compliance with service level agreements.
- Develop and execute compensation programs tailored to each Maison's unique positioning while maintaining Fashion Group standards.
- Drive annual compensation review processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with APAC and HQ C&B teams to share best practices and align global initiatives.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes in payroll, tax, social security, and employee benefits, advising brands on updates.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cross-brand C&B strategies and practices.
- Prepare personal cost budgets in collaboration with brand HR and HQ.
- Lead the creation and delivery of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc C&B reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop the C&B team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of Japanese payroll systems, labor laws, and social security.
- Experience in a multinational or shared service environment is highly desirable.
