1. Identify opportunities to enhance clienteling performance and implement strategic action plans.
2. Develop and execute the annual Clienteling strategy for Mainland China in alignment with global objectives.
3. Ensure consistency in Clienteling training plans based on performance KPIs.
4. Develop guidelines and communication for client activations and implement actions at the retail store level.
5. Oversee client activation targeting and support retail stores in formulating in-store events.
6. Coordinate asset production between the Image team and the global team.
7. Track ROI of client activations and ensure comprehensive reporting.
8. Organize client experiences during shows in coordination with concierge services.
9. Manage budget and invoicing for client-related activities.
10. Ensure consistency in gift orders, targeting, and ROI in line with HQ and local event strategies.
11. Support retail stores in specific gifting matters.
12. Provide training and coaching to retail teams to enhance their Clienteling skills.
13. Share ideas and support tools with retail teams to develop a Clienteling mindset.
14. Monitor all Clienteling actions to assess ROI and impact on client development.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in client development or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in client relationship management.
4. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Analytical skills to track and report ROI.
