LVMH Assistant IS Project Manager

1. Manage and oversee existing finance systems and integrations to ensure optimal performance.
2. Define the roadmap for finance and accounting domain applications and solutions.
3. Act as a subject matter expert in the financial domain to provide and manage application support.
4. Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams in Asia to identify and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency.
5. Manage the domain budget and prioritize funds based on departmental goals.
6. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of specialists.
7. Develop metrics, analytics, and dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
8. Promote user adoption of current projects and facilitate solution ownership.
9. Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
10. Lead the execution of finance and accounting solutions, including ERP D365 F&O and other systems.
11. Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding their needs and providing realistic project scopes.
12. Analyze and recommend changes to finance domain applications to meet organizational needs.
13. Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration tasks.
14. Collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
15. Create project plans with clearly defined requirements and objectives.
16. Ensure projects align with governance, controls, and best practices.
17. Leverage existing solutions or propose new technologies to benefit business operations.
18. Mentor team members in project management and related processes.
19. Organize digital events to raise awareness and inspire key players.

1. University Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines; finance background is a plus.
2. Certified Project Manager preferred, though relevant experience may suffice.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IS/IT, including at least 5 years in project management.

1. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. Proactive and independent with the ability to lead and cooperate.
3. Fluency in English and Chinese.
4. Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, Atlas, PowerBI, PowerApps, Anaplan, MuleSoft.
5. Exposure to SAP is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years in project management within the IS/IT domain.

University Degree in Information Systems or related disciplines.
