Join Emilio Pucci in Miami as a Sales Associate. This full-time role requires luxury retail experience and offers a dynamic work environment within the LVMH Fashion Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized client experience and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and increase transaction value.
  • Compile and manage customer information within the client relationship management system.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a comprehensive client book.
  • Ensure follow-up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in maintaining store appearance and general housekeeping.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software packages.
  • Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.

Experience

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury ready-to-wear sector, is required.
