1. Provide exceptional client service by understanding and anticipating client needs and expectations.
2. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.

4. Address and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with management.
5. Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve individual and team sales objectives.

8. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Contribute to loss prevention efforts by maintaining vigilance against theft.

11. Develop and maintain loyal client relationships through personal engagement and CRM initiatives.
12. Manage sales processes to craft personalized client experiences and achieve sales targets.

1. Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
2. Passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
4. Willingness to evolve within the organization and relocate if necessary.
5. Digitally savvy and open to new working methodologies.
