Delvaux seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Seoul to support boutique operations, lead sales teams and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the Seoul boutique, ensuring flawless operations and adherence to Delvaux brand standards.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective clienteling and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling, cultivating long‑term relationships with high‑value and prospective clients.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to maintain aesthetic consistency with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and periodic stocktakes while applying loss‑prevention protocols.
- Coordinate staff rotas, handle basic administrative duties (cash handling, daily reporting) and support boutique-level recruiting and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, store safety procedures and corporate policies, and escalate operational issues to the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people‑management capability, with an emphasis on coaching and developing sales staff.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and translate KPI targets into team activity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and a client‑first mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain discretion with high‑value clientele.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays typical of luxury retail; Korean fluency required, professional English desirable.

Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory, deputy or assistant manager role; prior experience with leather goods, accessories or fashion boutiques is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Seoul, Seoul, South Korea.
