Delvaux seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Seoul to support boutique operations, lead sales teams and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the Seoul boutique, ensuring flawless operations and adherence to Delvaux brand standards.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective clienteling and performance management.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling, cultivating long‑term relationships with high‑value and prospective clients.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to maintain aesthetic consistency with global brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and periodic stocktakes while applying loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Coordinate staff rotas, handle basic administrative duties (cash handling, daily reporting) and support boutique-level recruiting and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, store safety procedures and corporate policies, and escalate operational issues to the Boutique Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people‑management capability, with an emphasis on coaching and developing sales staff.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and translate KPI targets into team activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and a client‑first mindset.

Experience
