1. Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectations and selling behaviors.
2. Maintain accuracy in operating POS systems and adhere to cash handling policies.
3. Ensure accurate data capture for customer information where permitted by law.
4. Uphold proper phone etiquette when handling store calls.
5. Drive sales conversion through client engagement and omni-channel selling techniques.
6. Support back-of-house tasks as needed.
7. Represent the Coach brand appropriately in all interactions.

Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

$15.00 to $17.50 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
