Coach Sales Support Associate

- Operate the cash wrap with warmth and professionalism: greet customers, capture email/name where permitted, process transactions accurately and promote add‑ons and gift cards.
- Maintain point‑of‑sale media and cash counts in strict compliance with Coach policy and loss prevention standards.
- Receive, scan and process shipments and transfers; verify documentation, communicate discrepancies and notify Store Management of new product arrivals.
- Manage stockroom organisation and housekeeping; shift merchandise to respond to sell‑through and make room for new product.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory processes.
- Replenish assigned sales floor zones, execute visual merchandising adjustments and support sales floor activities as directed.
- Communicate product information (price, features, colours, availability) clearly to customers and the sales team, escalating complex requests to Store Management.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in back‑of‑house areas; operate and coordinate with offsite/remote warehouse as applicable.
- 1–3 years of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and peak holiday trading days.
- Physical capability to perform fast‑paced, physical retail duties: frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifts to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and maneuvering on the sales floor.
