1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
2. Engage genuinely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
3. Conduct email and name capture, adhering to legal guidelines.
4. Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, including POS operations.
5. Promote additional products and gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
6. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with management.
7. Organize and maintain the stockroom, adapting to product flow and sales trends.
8. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
9. Communicate product information effectively to customers and team members.
10. Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape.

3. Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

1-3 years of prior retail experience, ideally within a luxury environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
