Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency.
7. Manage store financials, including budgeting and expense control.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
5. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
