1. Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies across all categories.
3. Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach standards.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
6. Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, HR, and loss prevention.
7. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$18.50 to $32.00 per hour, compliant with applicable pay laws.
