Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (Intern) — 6‑month on‑site internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical drawings and execution plans for point‑of‑sale elements and displays using Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp to support production.
  • Design and develop permanent merchandising assets, including POS displays (PLV), planogram updates, concept adaptations and associated merchandising guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, architects, deployment teams and the purchasing department to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Prepare and manage briefs for 3D illustrators and external studios, supplying sketches, plans and follow‑up to completion.
  • Support the preparation of merchandising presentations and the tracking of mockups, including construction of presentation slides and status updates.
  • Adapt responsibilities and deliverables in response to evolving projects and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Design programme (Master 2 and/or DSAA), ideally with a retail specialisation.
  • Strong sensitivity to the cosmetics and luxury sector and an understanding of retail brand standards.
  • Demonstrable creativity, stakeholder management capability, teamwork orientation, fast learning agility, meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Fluent command of English.
