1. Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a refined, personalised luxury experience in line with Dior standards.
2. Proactively identify, contact and develop client relationships to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
3. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge and cross-selling across categories.
4. Arrange and manage private appointments and provide attentive after-sales service.
5. Maintain the selling floor and visual merchandising to the highest standards and support boutique image.
6. Provide operational support to back-of-house activities to enhance boutique efficiency and service delivery.
7. Collaborate with the team to meet boutique objectives and share market/client intelligence via Be Dior updates.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, customer service or client relations; luxury or retail experience preferred.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated excellence in customer service.
4. Professional presentation and polished sales etiquette.
5. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clienteling tools or CRM systems.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service or retail; prior exposure to luxury retail or high-end clientele is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in sales, fashion or retail merchandising is an advantage.
