Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and information on product features based on customers’ needs.
  • Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using the client book.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
  • Stay informed about promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.

Skills

Excellent grooming and communication skills. Strong passion for fashion and luxury goods. Outstanding customer service skills. Efficient time management in a dynamic environment. Ability to stand for long periods. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compliance with all company policies and standards.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
