1. Present the Dior collection and embody the Maison’s brand aesthetic at all client touchpoints.
2. Deliver personalised, high-standard customer service and actively drive sales performance.
3. Manage CRM records and prepare one-to-one client appointments to support clienteling initiatives.
4. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients through targeted follow-up and personalised service.
5. Support stock management, assist with floor moves and replenishment, and participate in merchandising and visual presentation.
6. Maintain boutique standards including housekeeping and visual upkeep as required.

1. Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service or client relations; retail experience preferred.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Professional personal presentation and polished sales presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and deliver discreet, attentive service.
