1. Drive and enhance the performance and desirability of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories in Europe.
2. Lead retail performance with a rigorous analytical approach.
3. Optimize assortments by market and propose growth strategies.
4. Anticipate trends in men's fashion and market dynamics.
5. Manage KPI reporting and analyze sell-through, rotation, margin, and stock cover.
6. Collaborate on seasonal and permanent forecasts with the Supply Chain.
7. Participate in the development of OTB and manage new product launches.
8. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Training, Marketing, and Retail teams for product launches.
9. Conduct regular network visits to understand local market specifics.
10. Provide strategic insights into men's fashion evolution.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
2. Strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
3. Autonomy and agility in decision-making.
4. Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
5. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
3. In-depth understanding of luxury retail.
4. Solid knowledge of men's fashion.
5. Ability to anticipate and make strategic decisions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, ideally focused on Men's Ready-to-Wear.
