Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and enhance the performance and desirability of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories in Europe.
  • Lead retail performance with a rigorous analytical approach.
  • Optimize assortments by market and propose growth strategies.
  • Anticipate trends in men's fashion and market dynamics.
  • Manage KPI reporting and analyze sell-through, rotation, margin, and stock cover.
  • Collaborate on seasonal and permanent forecasts with the Supply Chain.
  • Participate in the development of OTB and manage new product launches.
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Training, Marketing, and Retail teams for product launches.
  • Conduct regular network visits to understand local market specifics.
  • Provide strategic insights into men's fashion evolution.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
  • Strong analytical and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Autonomy and agility in decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. In-depth understanding of luxury retail. Solid knowledge of men's fashion. Ability to anticipate and make strategic decisions.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, ideally focused on Men's Ready-to-Wear.
