Christian Dior Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and equipped with security devices.
- Guarantee accurate processing of all incoming shipments, returns to vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damaged items according to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to established company policies and standards, including asset protection, personnel management practices, and record-keeping procedures.
- Communicate with the distribution center and/or company inventory control department.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Assist with store layout changes, merchandising setups, display maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Contribute to in-store price updates.
- Assist with customer purchase packaging as needed.
- Help resolve issues and propose suggestions to improve service and productivity in the receiving area.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by a manager.
- Ability to effectively manage receiving operations, including proper merchandise handling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete required documentation.
- Proficiency in processing information and merchandise using a computer system.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory management software, stock control systems, and security tag removers.
- Availability to work varied hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes and displays, including heavy lifting.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management, shipping/receiving within a retail environment.
