- Compile and submit bi-weekly forecasts for novelty, basic, and new products to the Demand Planner in Singapore.
- Lead monthly demand meetings and collaborate with the Demand Planner to adjust forecasts based on Product Manager feedback.
- Update and maintain the Master Menu and Product List Management, ensuring accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Support the Marketing Department in preparing internal reports for regional and external submissions.
- Assist in data preparation for budget periods and support regional template submissions to the Finance Department.
- Aid in pricing strategies for novelty items and annual price increases.
- Facilitate the preparation for boutique and department store events, including vendor quotations and purchase order management.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Malay and Chinese is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, with exposure to international brands and the beauty industry being advantageous.
Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
