Christian Dior Human Resources Intern

- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle including candidate screening, interview coordination and communication with hiring managers.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Assist in the design, organisation and execution of staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee centricity and team performance.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly HR reports and other regular data requests.
- Maintain and update HR records; perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document organisation and data entry.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely completion of assigned projects and adherence to internal processes.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee information.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Available for a six-month internship and able to work in a hybrid office arrangement in Makati City.
