Christian Dior Environmental and Sustainability Intern

Christian Dior Couture is a global haute couture and luxury fashion house known for its craftsmanship, creativity and cultural influence. As part of the LVMH group, the Maison combines artisanal savoir‑faire with international brand reach and pursues progressive initiatives in design, retail and sustainability.

1. Support the Environment & Sustainability team and the Environment Officer in deploying and promoting the company’s environmental and sustainability initiatives during a six‑month, convention‑based internship.
2. Monitor and report on the LIFE (LVMH Initiatives for the Environment) action plan and the Dior Dream in Green programme, creating reporting tools and maintaining monthly indicator dashboards.
3. Track and analyse sustainability KPIs and assist operational teams in implementing programme projects and indicators.
4. Conduct regulatory watch and communicate changes relevant to the LIFE 360 action plan and the Maison’s sustainability strategy.
5. Perform competitive and technological surveillance on Dream in Green topics (recycling, eco‑materials, technical innovations, Green IT) and follow environmental certifications such as LEED and ISO 14001.
6. Assist with internal sustainability events in coordination with an agency, contribute to internal communications (video scripts, newsletters, articles) and support the management of the environmental training catalogue (e‑modules, conferences).

1. Master's level education (Bac+5) in Environmental Engineering, CSR, Sustainability or equivalent.
2. Prior practical experience through an internship or work‑study (alternance) in environmental or sustainability projects preferred.
3. Strong initiative, autonomy, organisational skills and aptitude for project work in cross‑functional teams.
4. Interest or sensitivity to the fashion and luxury sector.
5. Capacity to produce and communicate clear reporting and to engage operational stakeholders.
