1. Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
2. Acquire new clients and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Sell high-end watches and jewelry.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of events.
5. Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
6. Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watchmaking.
2. Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
3. Team player with a confident, persuasive demeanor and a positive, polished appearance.
4. Fluent in German with business proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
6. Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.
