Chopard Experienced Watchmaker

- Conduct technical diagnostics and repairs adhering to Haute Horlogerie standards.
- Disassemble, clean, adjust, and reassemble mechanical or automatic movements, with or without complications.
- Perform routine interventions such as battery changes, bracelet adjustments or replacements, casing, and hand-setting.
- Ensure the technical and aesthetic quality of each watch post-intervention.
- Conduct water resistance and precision tests in accordance with Swiss horological standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies for interventions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department, providing technical expertise and advice.
- Diploma in BMA with a specialization in watchmaking.
- DMA in Horology or equivalent/WOSTEP certification is advantageous.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in after-sales service workshops, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in high-end watchmaking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and training skills.
- Adaptability to work in a demanding and confidential environment.
A minimum of 5 years in after-sales service workshops, ideally within the luxury sector.
Diploma in BMA with a specialization in watchmaking.
