1. Perform manual surface preparation and finishing operations such as brushing, satin-finishing, polishing, and buffing.
2. Execute simple surface preparation tasks using CNC finishing machines on various materials including yellow gold, red gold, white gold, platinum, steel, titanium, and brass.
3. Conduct aesthetic quality control of finished pieces.
4. Participate in the development and evaluation of processes to foster innovation and continuous growth.
5. Design and create tooling and fixtures.
