Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing all outlets, facilities, and activities with a focus on standards and quality.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all products served in the outlets.
  • Support and commit to the establishment of a multi-skill program to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the first and last impressions of guests are favorable by promoting professionalism through appearance and manner.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.
  • National Diploma and first aid qualification.

Skills

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in product knowledge and service standards.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years within a luxury establishment, including 4 years in a similar position. Experience in Michelin-starred establishments, banqueting, and in-room dining is required.

Education

Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.

This position is based in Mahé, Mahé, Seychelles.
