Chaumet Human Resources Assistant

- Manage the complete recruitment process for junior profiles, including interns and apprentices, from identifying needs to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Assist in the recruitment of fixed-term and permanent positions both in France and internationally, including drafting job postings and participating in interviews.
- Contribute to strategic discussions regarding the composition of retail and corporate teams.
- Oversee candidate management and optimize the talent pool, including database updates and professional network sourcing.
- Organize recruitment forums and events.
- Support employee development throughout their tenure, including onboarding, mobility, and offboarding processes.
- Participate in designing and facilitating key events for interns and apprentices, such as integration days and school relations.
- Maintain and update HR reports and HRIS systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract amendments and signatures.
- Implement training programs and establish new collaborations with educational institutions.
- Contribute to the management of the LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5)
