Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize sales performance and exceed targets and KPIs, aligning with Maison Chaumet's global objectives.
  • Identify and implement strategies for up-selling and cross-selling, focusing on iconic collections.
  • Enhance boutique efficiency, productivity, and profitability through insightful sales and KPI analysis.
  • Inspire and empower team members to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Ensure flawless day-to-day operations, including boutique maintenance and service standards.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in strategic decision-making and team development.
  • Monitor luxury market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • 8-9 years of progressive luxury retail experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluent English required; fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial drive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent administrative and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in retail management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-centric skills.
  • Proven strong leadership abilities.
