- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience for watches and fine jewellery clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, private appointments and strategic clienteling.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across timepieces and high-jewellery collections; communicate provenance, technical details and value proposition with precision.
- Coordinate private viewings and trunk shows; collaborate with the boutique team to execute client events and VIP outreach.
- Manage stock, reservations and visual merchandising for the watches and fine jewellery assortments to uphold Chanel’s presentation standards.
- Provide after-sales support including care advice, maintenance follow-up and liaison with service centres or headquarters when required.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; prepare handovers and client dossiers for continuity of service.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling high-value items and client information.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally specialising in watches or fine jewellery.
- Demonstrable ability to build and manage a high-value client portfolio and convert private appointments into sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-centric mindset.
- Fluent English with strong spoken communication; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) advantageous.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred: 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury watches or fine jewellery retail with a demonstrable sales record and client portfolio. Experience organising private appointments and VIP events is highly desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, luxury brand management or related discipline preferred.
