Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate

1. Maintain and elevate the brand image within the Boutique to enhance the client experience.
2. Facilitate the selling process by assisting Fashion Advisors with mannequin changes, product replenishment, and display adjustments.
3. Serve as the primary contact for visual merchandising in the absence of the VM Lead.
4. Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches.
5. Update digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance.
6. Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team's reference.
7. Assist in the implementation of events, sales, seasonal installs, and corporate initiatives.
8. Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
9. Work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
2. Basic knowledge of retail operations, display, and merchandising.
3. Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
4. Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related field.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail operations is required.

Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related major.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
