1. Lead and develop the Value Management Office, coordinating teams in Lean Agile Coaching, PMO, FinOps, Portfolio Management, Change Management, and UX/UI.
2. Ensure coherence and synergy across Tech Engineering department activities to enhance performance.
3. Represent the Value Management Office to senior management and business stakeholders.
4. Maintain strategic project roadmaps aligned with business objectives and departmental goals.
5. Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and optimization for the department and associated projects.
6. Implement and manage FinOps strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure and service costs.
7. Promote financial management best practices and cost control within Tech teams.
8. Deploy agile frameworks at scale, enhancing value delivery and team collaboration.
9. Foster a results-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
10. Organize and lead Program Increment Planning sessions, ensuring alignment and transparency.
11. Provide agile coaching and Scrum Master support to project teams as needed.
12. Define and manage change management strategies for technological transformations.
13. Supervise project portfolio management, ensuring resource allocation and progress tracking.
14. Ensure UX/UI integration in all Tech projects to enhance user experience.
15. Promote a user-centric culture within the department.

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in cross-functional management, Tech project portfolio management, and agile transformation at scale.
2. Proficiency in agile and project management frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Prince2), FinOps practices, financial management, and change management.
3. Natural leadership with the ability to unite and inspire technical and business teams around a global architectural vision.
4. Strong communication skills for engaging with governance committees and adapting messages for various audiences.
5. Pedagogical skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote a culture of documentation and continuous learning.
6. Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, and impact measurement skills.
7. Excellent user orientation, innovative mindset, and ability to foster a culture of value and performance.
