Chanel — Neuilly-sur-Seine: UI Creative Designer (Mid-level) for Parfums Beauté. Fixed-term contract designing high-fidelity UI for beauty and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms across fragrance and beauty product experiences.
- Translate Chanel Parfums Beauté brand identity into cohesive digital interfaces and campaign assets.
- Develop interactive prototypes and detailed specifications for handoff to front‑end engineers.
- Contribute to and maintain a coherent design system and reusable component library for e‑commerce and marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, marketers and developers to align design with business and technical constraints.
- Adapt creative work for omnichannel activations including campaign launches, landing pages and social formats.
- Perform visual QA and ensure implemented interfaces meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a UI/visual designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating luxury or beauty brand work.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in digital product/UI design (mid-level).
- Expert command of Figma and best practices for component-driven design systems.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creative asset production.
- Practical knowledge of responsive design and front-end constraints; familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective developer handoff.
- Excellent visual sensibility in typography, color, layout and brand application.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Skills
Experience
Mid-level experience (approximately 3–5 years) creating high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile, preferably for luxury, beauty, fragrance or e-commerce brands. Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams and contributing to/maintaining design systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication or related field, or demonstrable professional experience and portfolio.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
