Chanel Trade Marketing Coordinator

- Coordinate and implement the annual promotional calendar to enhance product movement and market share.
- Define and execute the annual calendar of launches and promotions, ensuring timely placement of decorations, materials, and personnel.
- Develop and publish a global launch calendar in alignment with brand priorities and market needs.
- Analyze sell-out figures to identify opportunities and develop action plans to boost weekly sales.
- Manage and control promotions staff, including selection, assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor trade marketing expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise the implementation of promotions at Points of Sale and generate follow-up reports.
- Maintain strategic relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Clients to enhance service levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in trade marketing or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in trade marketing, with a focus on distribution channels, market knowledge, and promotions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
