7. Deploy early career talent acquisition initiatives and represent the France Market & Europe Region in global forums.
8. Develop assessment strategies and tools to ensure the recruitment of top talent.

10. Monitor and nurture talent pools using innovative dashboards and tools.
11. Track recruitment performance and provide data-driven insights to improve workflows.
12. Stay abreast of advanced recruitment technologies to optimize efficiency and innovation.
13. Lead and support a team of external recruiters.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-demand, international environment.
2. Strong understanding of sourcing and evaluation tools and strategies.
3. Fluency in both French and English.
