1. Assist the Lead in Sustainable Development in implementing, organizing, monitoring, and consolidating various CSR projects within the Artistic Direction.
2. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and the development of e-learning training modules in collaboration with the Artistic Direction and Parfums Beauté learning teams.
3. Participate in the organization and execution of CSR communication and learning events within the Artistic Direction.
4. Aid in the consolidation and tracking of Artistic Direction projects and objectives.
5. Support the animation of CSR and Social Commitment communities, including organizing meetings, follow-ups, and reporting.
6. Participate in the deployment of a recycling platform for point-of-sale materials in a pilot market.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Sustainable Development or a Business School with a focus on CSR.
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate setting.

2. Excellent writing skills, including synthesis and formulation.
3. Autonomous, organized, and team-oriented with a proactive approach.
4. Proficient in office tools and digital platforms.

Previous internship experience in a corporate environment is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Development or a related field.
